Etibar Aliyev

Aliyev Etibar Gasim oglu graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Baku State University in 1986. He worked as a senior researcher at the Space Research Scientific-Production Association, a leading specialist at the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and a leading researcher at the Institute of “Philosophy and Sociology” of ANAS.
He was a deputy of the 6th convocation of the Milli Majlis.
He holds a PhD in Philosophy.
He is the author of 6 books and more than 200 scientific and journalistic articles.
